Refund Policy

All sales are refundable - ONLY if these conditions are met, with no exceptions. Product(s) must be in original package, with all original packaging covers and/or seals completely intact. No used or opened products will be accepted as returns. Products must be mailed with original receipt, printed from email purchase confirmation. A special product return number must be acquired before mailing product back. That number can be requested via emailing founders@diamondcutco.com - Please include ' Product Return Number Request ' in subject line. A failure to follow format may result in a delayed refund to your account. Policy is the same for all returns; distribution, wholesale or consumer.
